*11.1 easyJet Plus membership is an on-going subscription which means that your membership is continuous and will be renewed automatically on the day following the last day of your membership year (a membership year is 12 months from the date you have received your card)Payment will be processed automatically from the most recent credit or debit card used when joining or renewing easyJet Plus. If your original card has expired the payment may still be processed as it is the associated account that is charged. You will receive a notification by email 30 days prior to expiry of your membership card where you will have the ability to opt out of your upcoming auto renewal by email, by calling our customer services or via the easyJet Plus website by going to the manage my account section at least 5 days prior to your renewal date. Upon your auto renewal you will also have a 14 day cooling off period where you will be able to gain a full refund by email, by calling our customer services at 0330 365 5000 or via the easyJet Plus website by going to the manage my account section.
11.2 For your information, you can also cancel your easyJet Plus card membership with us at any time subject to the following: a) If there is at least 6 months left before the end of your membership expiry date on the day you contact us you will be able to claim a refund calculated on a pro-rata basis. b) If there is less than 6 months on the day you contact us, you will not be able to apply for a refund. You can email us on email@example.com or phone us on 0330 365 5000 to request a cancellation and/or refund. If you cancel your membership an administrative charge of £15 will be incurred, independently of when the cancellation occurs.
